Your data rights

To export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, use My account. If you never created an account but a portal holds your details, use the data request page.

Automated decisions

Profoliate scores how well a profile matches a job description, and ranks candidates for recruiters who search. These scores are produced by software, not by a person, and they are an opinion rather than a judgement about anyone's ability.

No hiring decision is made here — an employer decides. If you want to know how your profile was scored, or you think a score is wrong, write to the Grievance Officer above and we will explain it and correct anything inaccurate.

Report content

To report a portal that impersonates someone, infringes your rights, or breaches our terms, email hello@gccera.com with the portal address and what is wrong. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours, and unlawful content is removed within 36 hours of a valid report.
