Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every portal starts with a free trial of 14 days. No payment is taken to begin, and no card is stored to start a trial. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends and the portal is not published.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from My account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your portal stays live for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, after which it is unpublished.

3. Refunds we issue automatically

Portals are reviewed before they are published. If we reject your portal, the payment for it is refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask, and we tell you the reason for the rejection by email.

4. Requesting a refund

If the service did not work as described, write to hello@gccera.com within 7 days of the charge, from the email address on the account, describing the problem. We respond within 3 working days and, where a refund is due, approve it at that point.

Because a published portal is delivered immediately and in full, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind after publication, or for a period that has already been used. The free trial exists so you can evaluate the product before paying.

5. How refunds reach you

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once issued, banks and card networks typically take 5–7 working days to credit the amount. We cannot pay a refund to a different account than the one that was charged.
