Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

A hosted personal portal at a web address you choose, together with the features of the plan you bought. There is no physical product, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is collected.

2. When access begins

• Free trial — immediately on sign-up, for 14 days. No payment required.
• Editing and building — immediately after payment is confirmed by our payment processor, normally within a minute.
• Public publication — after review. Portals are checked by a person before they go live, usually within 1–2 working days. You are emailed when the portal is approved, or rejected with a reason.

3. If something does not arrive

If payment has been taken but your account does not show the plan within an hour, email hello@gccera.com with the payment reference. We respond within 3 working days.

If a portal is rejected at review, the payment for it is refunded in full automatically — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

Portals are served over the internet and are available continuously, apart from planned maintenance and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
